• Rates stated are for the whole Cottage per night
• A non-refundable 50% deposit is required to confirm your booking.
• The remaining 50% must be paid in full 2 calendar months before arrival and is non-refundable.
• Bookings maid within 2 calendar months of arrival date must be paid in full to confirm booking.
• No Smoking in the Cottage.
• No pets.
• Any breakage/damage to Brown’s Cottage property is payable before departure by the person responsible or the person who holds the booking.
• A discount of 10% will be made for any bookings of 30 nights or more.

The owners will not accept liability for any personal injury, or loss or damage of people or possessions sustained by the occupants during their stay at Brown’s Cottage.
